Our lakehouse is perfect for 2 families with kids or one larger extended family with 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths and so much more. 2400 sq ft of complete air conditioned comfort, including: -large kitchen and living area with 65" Smart TV (including Telus Optik cable) and electric fireplace; -dining table with seating for up to 8; -kitchen island with seating for 4; -fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, all stainless steel appliances, plus blender, food processor, keurig machine, hand mixer, electric griddle, kettle, crockpot, toaster, coffee grinder, popcorn popper, rice cooker, and more; -additional full sized fridge in the garage; -additional wine fridge; -den/office/gaming room w 55" Smart TV (including Telus Optik cable) (bring your own gaming system and plug and play); -2 master bedrooms with king beds, ensuites, 55" Smart TVs (no cable) and walk-in closets (one with its own private coffee bar w keurig machine and beverage fridge); -2 additional plus-sized bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each (twin beds can be pushed together to make a king bed - we have bedding for a king if you prefer) -2 sleeping floor mats also available (you must supply your own bedding for the sleeping floor mats); -large glass-enclosed porch with morning sun and afternoon shade; -patio with BBQ and fire table; -private laundry; -fiber-optic wifi; -on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles; -all Smart TVs can connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc with your own accounts; -hair dryers in each bathroom; -large common pool and hot tubs 50 yards away; -beach area 5 minute walk away; -and more. A few of the homes at The Cottages are still under construction in 2023, but all homes and landscaping around our home are fully completed.
