The Aloé cottages welcome you to Calviac-en-Périgord, a small village 10 km from Sarlat and 2 km from the banks of the Dordogne River. Three charming cottages with terrace in a wooded area by the pool. You will appreciate the tranquility of the place and its bucolic setting. Ideal location for discovering the Dordogne Valley as well as part of the Lot Valley (Rocamadour, Padirac, Martel). The space Carefully equipped, the "olivier" gîte (25 m2) is on one level. You will have an air-conditioned living room-kitchen, a bedroom with 1 160 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle... Your terrace is facing the entrance of the cottage with garden furniture and deckchair – BBQ. The saltwater pool (5 m x 10 m) is common to the 3 cottages, open from May 1 to October 30, unheated. Bikes are available (2 adult hybrid bikes), the start of a very nice bike path is 1.5 km away – Ping pong The cottages are located on a 2-hectare property, the cottage is independent and adjoining another cottage. Other things to note From April 4 to September 26, 2026, rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of 30 euros is to be paid on site if you do not wish to do so. Small dogs are accepted with prior agreement from the owner.
