The space Interior: The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a dining area, a double bedroom, and a modern shower/WC. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has direct access to the outdoor BBQ area—perfect for al fresco dining. Large doors from the living room open to a furnished terrace overlooking the private pool. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both rooms open to a large terrace shaded by a modern wooden pergola. All bedrooms offer air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. Upgraded Sleeping Comfort: All mattresses have recently been replaced with new anatomical, Candia Acanthus mattresses, ensuring enhanced support and high-quality sleep for all guests. Facilities: The villa features air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, an alarm system, a dishwasher, a washing machine and free high-speed WiFi.
