The property is conveniently located just 2 minute drive to The Vintage Golf Course and Amanda’s on the Edge or 5 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Brokenwood, Tamburlaine, First Creek, Bimbadgen Estate, Hope Estate, Roche Estate, Degen Wines, Blueberry Hill, Calais Estate and many more. Villa Vigneto is also ideal for wedding accommodation and is designed with large group accommodation in mind. Villa Vigneto is roomy and rustic in style and has an open plan interior, a great kitchen to make catering a breeze, sun-filled billiards room with 10 foot table and French doors that open out to the pool terrace on one side and the BBQ area on the other. Relax poolside in the summer months and take in the views across the vineyard to the Brokenback Range beyond with a glass of single vineyard wine. With air conditioning and fans throughout, the property is very comfortable in all seasons and guests especially love in winter, snuggling up in the sitting room and enjoying the wood burning fireplace. The property also has a fully equipped laundry for your convenience. For those wishing to explore, hire a bike and discover all the wineries and cellar doors on Deasys Road and along the Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
