Charming log cabin with a wealth of character and charm to provide that real log cabin experience. Wonderful wood fueled hot tub available for guests use (extra £102 / stay). The space Situated in an elevated position with breath taking views over meadows, Loch Awe and the mountains beyond. The accommodation sleeps 6 & consists of open plan Lounge, dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms, family shower room and en-suite to bed 1, and wood fueled hot tub. The lounge / dining area has a high vaulted ceiling, Satellite TV, DVD, Hi Fi (via TV and DVD), wifi (at extra cost), double sofa, easy chairs, dining table for six and a lovely wood burning stove. The front elevation is mainly glazed, to maximize the amazing view, with French windows opening onto a raised veranda area. The kitchen area is well equipped, with cooker, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery. Shower room is tastefully finished and has electric shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver point. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe / clothes storage and bed side cabinet and has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has twin beds wardrobe / clothes storage and bed side cabinet. Bed 3 has double bunk beds, wardrobe / clothes storage and bed side cabinet. Top bunk suitable for children under 16 only. Outside there is parking for 2 cars, an elevated veranda with garden furniture, a BBQ / fire pit area, hot tub and ample grounds. The cabin provides privacy and is close to a large open meadow on which children can play safely. The cabin is timber lined throughout, double glazed, highly insulated, well heated and suitable for year round use. It provides a balance of luxury and comfort while maintaining the character, charm and feel of a true log cabin in a quiet woodland location. Wood fueled hot tub is available for guests use at an extra £102 / stay, which includes 3 bags of logs. Extra logs can be purchased from our House Keeper if required. Please note hot tub can take up to 5 hours to heat up in the first instance. On subsequent days it will take much less time to heat. There is w-ifi available at extra £15 / short break (up to 4 nights) or £30 per week.. All electricity and linen (not towels) are included within quoted prices. This is a non smoking cabin. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS WE CAN ACCOMMODATE (INCLUDING INFANTS) IS SIX. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR PARTY (INC INFANTS) IS MORE THAN THIS, AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT SAID BOOKING & WILL NEED TO CANCEL SUCH. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the accommodation and owners possessions therein. Treat the cabin as it were your own, just replace anything you use on departure please. This will be requested shortly after booking, so please be prepared to provide such. The tourist attractions in the area are to numerous to list but there's something for everyone.
