A perfect getaway for families and couples! The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, yard & undercover BBQ area. The space This clean, comfortable 2- bedroom cottage has 2 indoor living areas, a large backyard with an outdoor undercover BBQ area and is stylishly furnished and equipped for fabulous family holidays. Put on your cozzies; slip, slop, slap; throw your beach towel over your shoulder; then stroll out the door to enjoy pristine beaches, lakes, national parks and a very chilled south coast experience. The cottage has free WIFI and Smart TV, choice of 2 x living/TV rooms plus a large, fully-fenced backyard and a spacious undercover powered BBQ and dining area so there is plenty of space to hang together or find a quiet sunny corner to relax. The open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area contains two leather lounges, a dining table to seat 6-8 and a flat screen SMART TV, Bluetooth sound system, DVD library and board games. The kitchen has a spotless 90cm stainless steel upright cooker, plenty of stone bench space and storage cupboards plus microwave and coffee machine. Easy- clean pine floor- boards and tiles flow throughout the house and gas heating and ceiling fans are installed in the lounge and bedrooms to keep you comfortable during winter and summer. White slat blinds allow the sunlight to stream into every room . The main bedroom has a queen-size ensemble bed and the second bedroom has two singles and one double bed. There is also a large sun-filled rumpus and TV room with 2 & 3 seater leather lounges, full length windows and doorway leading out to a large, secure and sun filled backyard. The undercover BBQ area includes an outdoor dining setting for 8 -10 and fernery plus there is also a separate outdoor table and chairs in the yard. An external laundry includes an additional toilet plus washing machine, tubs and a spare fridge and a classic hills hoist washing line plus undercover clothesline is available. Use the driveway or plenty of street parking for cars and boat. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house, laundry, backyard and undercover BBQ area and parking. You will not have access to the owner's self-contained flat and a garden shed which are located in the back yard. The flat is usually unoccupied however sometimes used by the owner for 1-2 nights when she runs alternate weekend yoga classes during summer at the Community Hall. Other things to note SELF- CHECKIN is available using your personal code to enter into the digital keypad at the front door. No need for keys! Your code will be supplied after your booking is confirmed. SHEETS and TOWELS: BYO bed sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels. or you can purchase the "Sheets and Bath Towel" package for an additional cost of $40 per guest. Please advise the owner when booking. The "Sheets and Bath Towels" package includes bed sheets, pillow slips and bath towels for each guest. It does NOT include beach towels so BYO beach towels.
