Relax in the soft seating of the long lounge equipped with wood burning stove and tinkle the ivories on the baby grand piano. Look out on on to the sweeping farmhouse lawn, perfect for a picnic or two and garden games. The large fully equipped kitchen is the hub of the house, leading into the bright conservatory dining room. The bedrooms are split over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are elegantly designed and well-appointed; inclusive of towels and linens. Guest access Rental is for whole property. Stable Cottage annex available to be booked alongside Farmhouse. The farmhouse and garden are exclusively yours for your stay. The farmhouse is located on a working farm, with easy access to walking routes to local villages. There is ample parking in The Farmhouse courtyard and opposite in the car park. The Stable Cottage annex is right next to The Farmhouse and is available to be booked alongside. Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes. Other things to note If you are bringing dogs, please add them to your booking (there is a £65 fee to cover the additional cleaning required), and ensure they stay downstairs in the farmhouse, and not on the furniture. On booking this property, you can also enjoy access to both the tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool facilities at Worton Park in Cassington, approximately a 10-minute drive away. Please note these are shared facilities between our seven other holiday cottages and are only available on a seasonal basis (usually May-September).
