Villa Fan, situated on the promontory that overlooks the Zinzulusa and Romanelli caves of the Castro - Santa Cesarea seaside, is the ideal home if you want to wake up facing the sea and gazing at the horizon of the seashore of Salento. Choose it for: its position: its just a few km away from Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro, Porto Badisco and the shores of Otranto its amazing view its garden with lawn, barbecue and swimming pool In the garden, with the characteristic stone walls that surround the gorgeous sea-facing pool, there are various relaxing areas: in the first one, in front of the living area there is a big table where you can have lunch or dinner; the second one is equipped with a barbecue grill and another large table; the third one, on the first floor of the villa, is embellished by wooden outdoor furniture, and its the perfect place to drink a cocktail while looking at the sea. Another peculiarity is the outdoor shower at the back of a rose garden. Villa Fan benefits from a special position, just one km from the sea and 3 km far from Castro Marina where you can easily find what you need: shops, restaurants, boat rentals. This is a two-floor villa: at the ground floor there is the living area, that overlooks a covered porch, with a colorful kitchen, a pure white sitting room and a light-toned and Mediterranean living room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms, with their own private bathroom, a double bedroom and another with a French bed and an outdoor bathroom. Two of the four bedrooms are provided with connection to the satellite decoder (SKY). Each room stands out for its attention to detail and style. Choosing Villa Fan means ensuring an exclusive and in style holiday. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from June to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Parking outside the villa. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 2000 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found. Guest access The Villa is ideally positioned for visiting many of fascinating places. A path, at the back of the villa, leads directly to Castro`s town centre, just a 50mt walk, where you will find all the amenities you need. Other points of interest are the famous castle and the cathedral with a Byzantine crypt. The garden offers many shady areas where one can relax and unwind. A patio at the front entrance to the living room offers a welcoming relaxing area with large table with handmade local clay tiles is a very inviting place for outdoor dining with suggestive panoramic views. Behind a lovely rose garden, there is an outdoor shower. A lovely canopy`s gazebo, next to the Villa, also has a table and a stone built barbecue. An outdoor lounge area is set on the balcony of the first floor, offering a comfortable al fresco area with a breathtaking panoramic sea views. Internally this two storey villa is finished to high standards: the ground floor consists of a living area with stone walls and antique furniture of great value, the elegant couches, also there is a fireplace and large flat screen television. On the ground floor there is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the sleeping area with four bedrooms: two of them are double with en-suite bathroom, another double room and a bedroom with a French bed served by a bathroom located in the corridor. All bathrooms are decorated with lovely mosaic. The rooms` decors are characterized by exclusive antique and rustic pieces, and tailor-made linen of great value.
