Villa Joko: eco-friendly pool, beachfront

It is an old cabin from the 1960s, acquired in 2008, renovated and improved by me, with attention to respecting its uniqueness and authenticity. It is for travelers looking for a simple, warm place close to the life of the locals. Guests who prioritize comfort, modernity and the guarantee of a stay without unforeseen events will inevitably be disappointed. The space If you have reached this stage of reading, it is because you are aware of the nature of my accommodation and here are more details: the cabin consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with TV lounge area, dining area and open kitchen. Included: TV package Evasion Canal+ Afrique, Wi-Fi via livebox (4G mobile Wi-Fi rechargeable by card also available) - Bedroom 1: a double bed with square mosquito net, an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower, standing fan and possibility of air conditioning in addition (see below) - bedroom 2: a double bed with square mosquito net, an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower, standing fan and possibility of air conditioning in addition (see below) Each air conditioner has a power of 1KW. Using an air conditioner for 10/12 hours costs about 2.5 euros. In case of use, two packages to choose from, payable on site: 1. Use only at night: 1,500 CFA (2.30 euros) per night and per air conditioner 2. Use at any time: 3,000 CFA (4.60 euros) per night per air conditioner The 400 m² tropical garden includes an ecological swimming pool with a hut, an outdoor shower and a large terrace with a sea view. The roof terrace offers a view overlooking the ocean. Hot water and water reserve (low pressure) in case of outages. The services of the caretaker Jean and Rosalie the housekeeper are included in your stay. Jean is available at any time to answer all your needs or questions. He takes care of the maintenance of the pool and the house. Rosalie will take care of the housework, shopping and meal preparation throughout your stay (except Sundays). You can decide on these with her and will only pay the price of the raw materials upon presentation of the merchants' invoices. Guest access Parking is available directly in front of the cabin. You will have access to the private space assigned to "Joko" and will be the only ones to occupy it. This space is part of a larger property comprising 2 other cabins (Cabano Alberte and Keur Ricou) also having their own private space. Other things to note As everywhere in Senegal, water outages (or low pressure) and power outages are occasionally possible.
