Very nice recent villa, located in the very pleasant seaside resort of Hardelot, about 3 km from the beach and the center of the resort, on the Dunes golf course. Comfortable house, ideal for a family stay. Located in a secure area, with no exit and therefore with very little traffic. The space Spacious, recent and bright accommodation. The house comprises - On the ground floor: living room (open fire, TV, stereo, internet (fiber) and dining area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, percolator, Nespresso, washing machine, dryer...) and toilet. - 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (with 2 single beds), bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet. - 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub) and toilet. all beds are equipped with duvet and pillow without cover (possibility to rent bed linen + bath towels (€20 per person) The rental does not include: 1. Mandatory cleaning: 90 euros; 2. Bed linen: available for an additional fee (€20/pers); 3. Towels and tea towels. Heating (gas), electricity and water are not included in the rental. Meter readings will be made at check-in and check-out by the concierge company. These fees must be paid (in cash) at the end of the stay.
