Downstairs features a fireplace/tv area & an open plan dining area with stylish furniture & a new kitchen containing quality appliances. Large deck leads straight to the beach within seconds. Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included. The space One of the few holiday houses you'll find that is situated right on the beach. Impossible to be any closer! Beautiful ocean views of Motiti Island. Lower deck has BBQ and even a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and making s'mores! Quiet eastern end of Papamoa Beach with good swimming, surfing, fishing and tuatua shellfish gathering. Guest access The section is shared with another rental apartment connected to garage called BeachBreak (sleeps 6/7 if looking for extra family or friends) but is independently rented out at the same time and shares access to the beach with The Beachhouse so do not be alarmed with guests who will pass down the left side of the house to reach the beach. Other things to note Because the bunk bed is unique and enclosed we recommend it as suitable for children rather than adults. Hence the property is best suited to max 8 adults plus children
