Your accommodation is spread over 2 floors with unobstructed views of the Brunnenaue park. The quiet garden with sunny, wind-protected seating area invites you to relax. The house is spacious with its 120 square meters of living space and suitable for up to 8 guests. You live idyllically in the old town of Sagard, the first health resort on the island of Rügen. The garden of the house half borders on the Brunnenaue, a historically preserved spring and floodplain landscape, which invites you to stroll and linger. The space Equipment: Three separate bedrooms, a large living area with adjoining separate dining room, built-in kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer, Wi-Fi, garden with beach chair and lounge furniture, barbecue area, free car parking in front of the house and a lockable garage for bicycles. Ground floor: Large hallway, kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water kettle, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, modern ceramic hob, Pött & Pann dishwasher. Plenty of storage space is available. The adjoining bright and light-filled living area with the large windows offers plenty of spaciousness, comfortable seating and a 55 "Smart TV. On this floor you will also find a guest toilet. Upstairs: On this floor there is a spacious master bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (2x90x200cm). Another master bedroom ( double bed 180×200 cm) with a view of the garden towards the park "Brunnenaue". Another bedroom for another 2 guests (double bed 180×200 cm). You also have a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, two sinks and hair dryer available on this floor. All living rooms and bedrooms have windows with privacy and insect protection. Utility room and bicycle storage room in the basement: There you can use a washing machine , a dryer and a freezer. In the garage you can store bicycles or put on or dry fishing equipment/fishing gear. Family-friendly: The house is child-friendly equipped with children's tableware, children's cutlery, a play corner for the younger and board games for the older children. In the garden there are exercise toys for different age groups. Cot and high chair are provided upon prior request. The property is fenced. Pets: Guests with pets are welcome. Guest access Guests of Ferienhaus Fiete 2 have access to a bicycle garage, a laundry room and the garden belonging to the holiday home. Other things to note Bedding and towels are not included, but can be booked as an extra with me (€25 per person).
