The space The home itself is between the organic kitchen garden front yard and a fully fenced backyard backing on to warrangine reserve with water and bush views. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and lounge room that can be used as an 4th bedroom a with fold out double sofa bed and a single fold out sofa bed providing privacy with a folding screen rather than a door. A fully equipped laundry, toilet and bathroom, kitchen/dining lends views of warrangine reserve as does upstairs balcony, spacious loungeroom and master bedroom with en-suite. Hastings is the gateway to Western port bay and boasts one of the best whiting and snapper fisheries in the state. Philip island and bass straight are a short boat ride away. We have plenty of boat parking and hose for wash down. The Hastings four lane boat ramp is a short 2 minute drive away and has superb fish cleaning facilities. Stony point boat ramp is also also a 10 minutes away. Warrangine reserve nearest entry point 100m away. 3min drive or 17min walk to Hastings shops and pelican park recreation Center with swim centre, pelican société cafe, playground, pier, boat ramp and skate park. 10min drive to Nearby Tyabb packing house antiques market - worth a visit 38min/km drive to peninsula hot springs and Alba thermal springs and spa. Guest access Entire home is accessible aside from cleaning/storage cupboards and the garage. Other things to note No parties allowed by council. We have a security cameras at the front entrance and rear entrance which may be recording at anytime during your stay. We are pet friendly please note there is a pet fee of $30 per night maximum of one pet. Fish and shellfish cleaning is strictly not allowed at the property. Neither in the house or gardens.
