Alpine Apartment - 2 Bedrooms, Balcony & WIFI

A spacious two bedroom apartment ( 56m2) in the pretty town of Brides-les Bains in the Three Valleys. Well equipped with lovely mountain view. Balcony. WIFI & parking included. Close to Ski lift, Ski hire, restaurants, town centre. In winter, ideal place to stay to ski the Trois Vallees. In spring/summer there is cycling, hiking, swimming , mountain biking & many other activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Thermale Cures April to October. Ideal for families, couples & groups of friends. The space The apartment is on the 5th (top floor) of a residence in the spa town Brides Les Bains. Only 300m from the town centre and 600m from the Gondola, which gives direct access to Meribel and the whole of the three Valleys - the largest ski area in the world. The apartment is a generous 56m2 which includes a large living and dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom (King size bed) with ensuite shower room, one bunk room, one bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. There is a cabin area with bunk beds in the hallway, this is a cosy but spacious area separated by a curtain for privacy. There is a large balcony with seating for 6 and lovely views of the mountains. The apartment sleeps 6 adults comfortably but we can accomodate a maximum of 7 ( by using the sofa bed or travel cot) if some guests are children. The apartment is well equipped for a self catering holiday with many extras that you may not always find in a rented apartment including our own unlimited WIFI which is free to our guests. We also have a private parking space in the underground garage. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, large air-fryer, ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of kitchenware to self cater for 6 people. There is also a washing machine. In the lounge you will find a large wall mounted TV with DVD player. The TV is 'SMART' allowing guests to make use of netflix etc. French TV channels are also available. There is also smaller TV and DVD player in the bedroom. A selection of Dvds and boardgames are also available. Linen/ Towels are not included in the price. Guests can choose to hire a linen pack for €27 per person or bring their own. Ski Locker and bike storage are available in the basement. Guest access Full access to the apartment and apartment block facilities including the secure parking for 1 car, ski locker and bike store. Other things to note Keys will be in a key safe outside the apartment, including a fob to open the underground garage. You will be given a security number for the key safe when you book and pay your deposit. You can therefore arrive as late as you like on your arrival day ( apartment is available from 4pm onwards on date of check in). Tourist tax ( Taxe de sejour) is payable per adult per night. The rate is set by the local Marie and Airbnb will automatically calculate the tax due for your stay. Discount for stays of 3 weeks or more - please contact owner for a price.
