Single family home in Portocolom a lovely place in the Old Town with 4 nice beaches around in SE of Mallorca. With WIFI, AC, 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen full equiped, parket, cut & baby seat, big terrace on the top terrace, garden furniture & nice views from the Marina and the bay. Many offer to practise sports, rent a boat or see the landscape, bars & good restaurants around. The space Single family house, located in Porto Colom in the S.E. of Mallorca, in a typical fishing Port, a very peaceful place. There are four wonderful beaches around the port to discover, with clear waters and soft sand. Single family home in the Old Town. The house with a wide sitting room open to a dinning room, WIFI, TV, ceiling fans, air conditioning, sofas and seats. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and a bathroom in suite. One bedroom with two single beds and one with a single bed. Also a complete bathroom near these two bedrooms. In all we have wardrobes with hangers, double glass in the windows and parquet on the floor. The kitchen is full equiped with fridge, frezen, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, boiler, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker. Also washmachine and an iron. On the top we have a nice terrace with fantastic wies from the Marina, the bay, the Port and the lighthouse. We have garden furniture with two tables, chairs and sunbeds. This terrace isn't in the same floor of the house, is on the top. You will have total privacity from other neighbours. The house is located in the old side of the Port called "Sa Capella". Walking only 5 minutes, you have a wide offer of good restaurants and bars in the same side and in the other side of the Port. Near the house, there is a good Restaurant with italian an international food called "Alegria" in the next corner of the house. Near the Church, in the main square there's a typical mallorcan Restaurant called Sa Cova. In the same street, in the next corner, there is a small shop to buy fresh fruits or vegetables, cold drinks, bread and bakery. The beaches around: El Algar, it is virgin beach and place with rocs and a little place with sand. In this beach ionly the sea and the great views, no more. It is near our In the same side of the house, there is a good Restaurant with italian an international food, called Alegria, in the next corner of the house. Alsoa near the Church, in the main square there's a typical Mallorcan Restaurant called "Sa Cova" The Beaches: El Arenal Beach with wonderful views, clear waters and soft sand near our house. El Algar, it is virgin beach and place with rocs and a little place with sand. In this beach only the sea and the great views, no more. It is near our house at 10 minutes walking in the same side of the Port. In the other side of the Port you will find the beach of Cala Marçal. It is a wide beach, with a lot of bars and restaurants around. This one is more touristic than the others, but the water use to be very nice too Guest access Events or Partys are NOT allowed in this property. We do not accept people under 30 years old. We do not want to have problems with our neighbours. Please, remenber to call me or contact me before your arrival, this way I organice your check in. We need a Damage Deposit of 650€ in cash at arrival please. -Check in at 15.30 p.m. -Check out at 10.00 am or earlier if the clients need it, but never later. From Palma Airport, you have to drive 45 minutes to arrive to Portocolom. Go to the Highway direction to Llucmajor, Campos, Felanitx and finally Portocolom. At the entrance of Portocolom, there's a big roundabout. Please take the exit nº 6, it is the last one. Then, there is a long street with the sea at your right side. Go till the end of this Street and continue to the little hill. At the left side of this street is our house in the number 15. Have a nice trip! Other things to note There are many nice excursions to do around Portocolom. I will inform you if you want. You can rent a boat at the bay to go around and visit nice beaches in and outside the bay.
