Clendon Lodge Studio - Waterfront property, tidal boat launching, EV charging.
Description
2 Bedroom self-contained converted artist studio set in flat park-like grounds with olive grove, waterfront & stream (tidal) & boat ramp. Outdoor power for EV charging. Ideal for peaceful relaxation, fishing from nearby rocks, your boat or our kayaks, and as a base for sightseeing in the Bay of Islands, Russell, Paihia, Kerikeri and the Far North. Nearby swim at Jills Bay (walking distance), swim or surf at east coast Elliot Bay. 17km to Russell and the famous Duke of Marlborough Hotel. The space Clendon Lodge Studio is one of two bookable buildings at Clendon Lodge. The other is Clendon Lodge Homestead, (sleeps up to 10), one of the oldest houses in NZ with the main part built around 1840. The entire property is 11 acres so there is plenty of space for all guests to have their separate spaces. Established trees, some very old, provide shade on sunny days. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam the entire grounds. The Studio has no washing machine but guests can request access to either the Homestead or owners laundry with washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Barbecue and outdoor table and seating are included. Easy flat drive on access and plenty of parking.
