Our house is located in the beautiful Lilli Pilli area of Byron bay, 3kms from the town centre. It's a 5 min drive into town and various beaches . Our house is the vintage Queenslander style built in 1923 and recently renovated to incorporate the rustic charm with modern amenities. Tranquil, rainforest surrounds in a quiet area, best suited for guests who want a relaxed holiday rather than a party vibe. The main house sleeps 8 guests with a separate granny flat to accommodate another couple. The space The house is a recently renovated Queenslander with 4 bedrooms and an office/5th bedroom in the main house accommodating 8 guests, there is also a self contained granny flat(included in price) with a queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette, accommodating another 2 guests. Bedding configuration in the main house is 1x King size, 2 Queen size, 1x King single, 1 single(in the office) and 2 single foam mattresses(spare). The bathroom in the main house has a bath, toilet and shower, the second bathroom has a toilet and shower, there is also an outdoor shower for after the beach and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the essentials. The kitchen/dining area is open plan and incorporates one of the lounge areas. The dining table seats 8 but big enough to add another chair or two. There are 2 lounge/living areas both have smart TV, netflix and DVD players. There's also a bluetooth speaker and a selection of board games. The back deck has a large dining table as well as comfy lounge and coffee table. The front porch has a corner day bed and the hot tub deck in the back yard has a day bed so there are plenty of spaces for privacy and relaxing. Guest access Hot tub, Wi fi, 3 adult bikes, snorkelling gear and kids bodyboards Undercover parking for 1 car, off street parking for 3 cars. Full laundry facilities, BBQ Other things to note This is our family home and would like guests to enjoy themselves whilst respecting our property. Its probably best suited to families wanting a quiet retreat away from the busy town centre but close enough to be easily accessible. We are happy to discuss any requests or questions you may have.
