This charming and cozy 80 sqm apartment is located on the third and top floor of a small building in Castello, Venice. It was rebuilt after the fire of 1688 and can accommodate up to 4 adults. The two double bedrooms, one with a canopy bed, follow the main principles of the Japanese Feng Shui decorating philosophy and are equipped with air conditioning and televisions. The space The entrance is spacious and leads to the fully renovated, comfortable, and cool eat-in kitchen. You can access the bathroom with a shower from a small utility room. The shabby chic furniture and wall decorations make the space unique and stylish. The double beds measure 160x200 cm (63x79 in). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with a small freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs connected to Wi-Fi FTTH. The bathroom has a shower, and the laundry area is in the small hallway with a washing machine. Heating is available from October 15th to April 15th, as per Italian national laws. In the summer, air conditioning is available, with costs based on usage, and it will be calculated at the end of your stay. Guest access Guests have shared access to our private garden with guests from another apartment, a rare find in Venice, where space for building houses is limited, and every square meter has always been highly valued! The garden, which measures 170 square meters, is home to several plants: hydrangeas, roses, lavender, a red spruce, a calycanthus, nandina, and various types of bulbous plants. The blackbirds will accompany the sunsets with their songs.
