The space The apartment "Leon" is located on the ground floor of the house built in the Mediterranean style. The facade with the white clinker bricks underlines the exclusive construction. On about 100 square meters of living space, the apartment promises top-class living quality. Especially in the off-season, you will enjoy the spaciousness of the apartments. You enter the apartment through the hallway with separate guest toilet, wardrobe, mirror and console table. From there you can reach the harmoniously designed living and dining area. A cozy living area, a smart TV  and a modern gas fireplace invite you to cozy and relaxing evenings.  Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The high-quality kitchen with brand-name built-in appliances adjoins the living and dining area. As an open kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area, it offers everything and much more that is needed for a cooking experience, from a built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, an integrated microwave, a built-in oven to a granite countertop. At the large dining table, you can spend hours together eating or having an entertaining game night. The two spacious and stylishly furnished bedrooms (16 m² and 15 m²) are equipped with very high-quality furniture. The cozy beds with quality mattresses guarantee restful nights, so you will start the morning with a smile. With the roller blinds you can darken the rooms according to your needs. Your privacy is well protected by the pleated blinds and curtains. The existing fly screens keep insects away. The bedrooms are each equipped with a smart TV, cable and internet access.
