Set on 5 acres fully screened from the road by coastal forest, Peace & Plenty enjoys its own 200m ocean beach frontage, just a 70 metre stroll along a private path. It offers quality amenities, an indoor pool heated to 34 degrees all year round and a seasonal veggie garden. The space Peace & Plenty consists of two self-contained guest wings, each with its own fully renovated bathroom and each with panoramic views over Great Oyster Bay. The central living/dining/kitchen area comes with bespoke Tasmanian furniture and quality furnishings, a state-of-the-art kitchen and offers sensational views over the Bay and Freycinet Peninsula. You can do lots of pleasurable things at Peace & Plenty: • waking up to watch the glorious sunrise over Great Oyster Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula • lingering on the deck with a chilled glass of champagne and watching a golden sunset reflected off the majestic Hazards • strolling along deserted Nine Mile Beach just 70 metres away along a private path from the house • enjoying a warm dip in the heated indoor pool • appreciating the gorgeous Southeast Asian and Japanese textile art in every room • picking fresh herbs and seasonal produce in the veggie garden • cooking a gourmet dinner in your state-of-the-art kitchen with all the essential ingredients • and finally luxuriating in your Tasmanian-designed Queen-sized bed, drifting off to sleep with just the sound of the waves breaking softly on the beach. PRICING NOTE The base price is for two guests in one bedroom. An extra charge applies for additional guests at $50 per head per night. The house accommodates five guests maximum. For a two guest booking, an extra $50(per stay) for cleaning/linen services applies if the second bedroom is needed. Please state clearly your requirements. The positioning of these cameras complies with Airbnb's policy on the usage of security devices. One points to the driveway and the other points to the path leading to the beach to deter unauthorized entry. Both cameras will be on during guest stay to ensure safety and security. The house and its outdoor spaces (decks and gardens) are out of the camera range. Accessibility The house is elevated above the ground.
