Recently renovated as studio accommodation, in perfect condition, beautifully decorated and finished with roof terrace and patio terrace. Comprising, ground floor: Patio terrace, living area/ dining room/kitchen (cuisine américaine), with wood burning stove (wood provided) , separate bathroom and toilet. First floor: large bedroom/studio leading onto roof terrace. Fully equipped. There is a new reversible air conditioning system in the gîte and free wifi access. Village : Péret, 34 2 stars - Étoiles de France The house is situated in a beautiful garden, behind a bar restaurant that is now closed, at the end of the garden. The gite has totally independent access through the large and pretty garden. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom plus a large double sofa bed in the lounge area. The house is ideal for 2 people but is also equipped and comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tennis rackets for guests to use (there are public tennis courts in the village). There is a covered shelter for bicycles. The pretty village is in the wonderful countryside of the L'Hérault and has a grocers store/tabac, beauty salon, nail and massage parlour, and hairdressers and there is a superb Thai restaurant a short walk away in the village. Plus a pizzeria! The seafood van arrives each week at 11h on Thursdays. The village is very near to the stunning Lac du Salagou, les gorges de L'Hérault, The Cirque de Mourèze, les gorges d'Héric, the grotte de Clamouse, the village de Saint Guilhem le désert, the parc naturel du haut Languedoc and the Cirque de Navacelles. It is 30 minutes from the coast. It is situated close to the towns of Pèzenas and Clermont L'Hérault, and 40 minutes from Montpellier. It is 30 minutes from Bèziers Airport, 40 minutes from Montpellier Airport and 1.5 hours from the airports of Nîmes, Carcassone and Perpignan. Please leave the house in the same clean and tidy condition that you find it in. Thank you. Accidents happen, but please let us know and replace any breakages (like for like) or they will be charged for. Cleaning charges are included, however, there will be a charge for any excessive cleaning required after your stay. Guest access parking is a short 30 second walk from the gite, at the end of the road in the old cave copoperative, which is now a sports hall and médiathèque.
