On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and one bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with one bunk bed en suite with a shower and an additional bathroom with a shower, providing excellent accommodation for larger groups. The main kitchen is fully equipped to prepare family meals and has direct access to the barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. In this property there is also a secondary kitchen and a games room with a snooker table, perfect for relaxing moments. Outside, the villa features a lovely private swimming pool that can be heated as an optional extra, a ping pong table and inviting outdoor areas to enjoy the weather. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
