Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your like. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the house for the stay time are included in the price except the environmental fee which is 15.00 euros per day (April -October) and (November -March ) 4.00 euros per day. You pay in cash upon arrival. ✔ The heating of the pool is also included in the booking price except (November -December-January -February -March the cost is 50.00euro per day) ✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered once a week. (minimum stay one week) ✔ Linen change.
