Belle View is a gorgeous architecturally designed property, set in a very private location surrounded by native bush, and with spectacular views. Positioned at the most northern tip of Onetangi, this property truly takes advantage of its location, enjoying panoramic views across the bay, and with plenty of outdoor areas on which to sit & enjoy them. The space An stunning designer home with breathtaking views over Onetangi Beach and fantastic indoor & outdoor living. The spacious lounge with feature gas fireplace and open plan dining/kitchen area sits above the water with views over Onetangi Beach. Large stacking doors open out on both sides to spacious outdoor living with comfortable lounge seating, open fireplace and stylish alfresco dining area. The master bedroom is on the top level with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and beautiful north western views. Downstairs a further large bedroom contains a lounge area and TV, perfect for couples wanting their own space. This shares a bathroom with a twin bedroom, and both open on to a further deck. To top it all off there is an outdoor shower and a secret garden through the bush with additional outdoor dining and pentanque court. With a lovely gas fire as well as a heat pump/air-con in the living room, this house is perfect in summer or winter. Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Your booking includes all quality linen. All stays incur a one time exit cleaning cost of $220 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Minimum stay 2 nights except: • 7 nights from mid December to mid January • 4 nights over Easter & for bookings more than 6 months out • 3 nights all public holiday weekends Other things to note Although very private, there are close neighbours so we do ask you to be considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you wish to entertain more than 6 additional people over & above those on the booking, please discuss your plans with us
