Located on a 6,300 square meter private estate, surrounded by pine trees, holm oaks, fig trees, pomegranate trees and native vegetation, it is the perfect place to disconnect, rest and enjoy unforgettable days with your loved ones. The house is spread over two floors and has: - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, full kitchenware and cleaning products. - Large living room with large table for groups, fireplace, television and board games. - Several individually decorated rooms, all with a private bathroom with shower, heated towel rack, bedding, towels, air conditioning and heating. - Large outdoor porch overlooking the estate. - WiFi connection and air conditioning in all rooms. Outside, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy: - Pool with solarium, sun loungers and umbrellas. - Pergola with tables, chairs and gas stove. - Paella pan instead of a barbecue, as it is forbidden to make a fire in the area. - Soccer and private parking area. The house is located in a quiet area, just a five minute drive to the old town of Toledo, very close to the main cigarrales where weddings and large events are held. In addition, just 400 meters away is another accommodation available for larger groups: Cigarral El Pinar de la Bastida. We are in a prime location, on the same road that connects the city of Toledo with the Puy du Fou theme park, which can be easily accessed in a few minutes. Cigarral El Pinar del Sapo is a perfect place to enjoy with family or friends, surrounded by nature, history and tranquility. Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable, relaxed and memorable. RULES AND CONDITIONS BOOKING: The exact number of adults, children, and children under 24 months who will stay in the house must be detailed CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 AM CHILDREN: All children over 24 months count as a place, regardless of whether they sleep in their own bed, accompanied or in a crib. Children under 24 months who sleep in a separate bed also count as a place TRAVELER REGISTRATION: All guests must present their ID or passport at check-in. Each guest must provide the necessary information for the registration of travelers, according to current legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND VISITS: Access to more people than those listed in the check-in document and in the traveler register is not allowed. Unauthorized visitors are prohibited from entering the premises without the landlord's approval. Visits have an additional cost EVENTS, PARTIES, AND MEETINGS: The payment of the accommodation does not grant in any case the right to use it to organize parties and events QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am Monday through Thursday and from 12:00 am to 10:00 am Friday through Sunday PETS: Not allowed CLEANING: Guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, with the kitchenware clean and in place, without trash or waste inside the house or outside. They must remove all the garbage generated and deposit it in the municipal containers. Otherwise, the deposit will not be returned. The landlord will not do any cleaning during the stay. If the stay exceeds 6 nights, clean towels and sheets will be provided every week CONSUMPTION: When leaving the unit leave the windows and doors closed, turn off the appliances and lights, to avoid unnecessary energy consumption BARBECUES AND FIRES ARE PROHIBITED: Due to the high risk of fire, it is forbidden to make any kind of fire, barbecue, use pyrotechnics or leave glass objects or combustible materials. Instead of a barbecue, we have grills for your use LIABILITIES EXCLUDED BY THE LANDLORD: The landlord is not liable for theft, loss or damage that may be suffered by customers, nor for accidents arising from the use of the facilities. It is not responsible for power, water or gas outages, or for works carried out by outside companies in the vicinity that may affect the customer's stay. No liability is assumed for any major, natural or similar cause that prevents the enjoyment of the facilities. In the event of a breakdown of appliances or any other device, the customer must immediately report it so that the corresponding notice can be sent to the Technical Service. However, the non-attendance of this service will not be grounds for any compensation THE LANDLORD RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ACCESS: to the accommodations for the maintenance of the exteriors, gardens, swimming pool... and verification that the number of people in the accommodation matches the number of people in the CHECK-IN DOCUMENT and that they have been registered in the traveler registry BEHAVIOR: The client and his companions must behave in a civil manner, respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located is totally prohibited, such as elevated music, noises, parties... that may cause substantial complaints from the neighbors. The accommodation will be at your disposal privately throughout the stay.
