The villa "La croisée des chemins" is a very beautiful and large house from the early 20th century, with a lot of charm with its woodwork and moldings, high ceilings, and abbey stone floor. It is located in a quiet and popular area in the heart of the seaside resort. The decor is neat and refined, combining modern and old. The proximity to the beach, tennis courts, mini-golf, restaurants, and shops will ensure you have a pleasant stay. The space The accommodation is large (162 m2) and has four beautiful bedrooms, all equipped with double beds (two 160, two 140). The largest has more than one 1-2 seater sofa bed. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a small city garden with terrace, out of sight, and including a large outdoor table and small garden furniture. Two bicycles and two tennis rackets are available to you. Two cots and two high chairs are available for your babies. The house is also equipped with a 126 cm 4K TV, TV box and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided as an option (beds not made on arrival). Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the villa (living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, city garden). Only a storage room on the 2nd floor and the garden shed are not accessible. Upon arrival, please provide payment of the refundable security deposit after the stay (€1000). The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed (unless otherwise agreed in advance). You will have a parking space in front of the house. Parking is also free on the street.
