We offer you an extraordinary place, for a unique experience and to disconnect from everyday life. The space You will stay in an old wine cellar converted into a vacation home. Our house is attached to the cliff. In each room you will find the presence of the red rock of Fitou. Unforgettable experience. Authenticity with remarkable stone walls as well as preserved oak beams. Ceiling heights ranging from 5 m to 9 m, offering original views of the entire volume. Modernity: the house within the house. Our 150 m² house also has a comfortably equipped, sunny 40 m² courtyard and offers direct access to the garrigue on the heights of Fitou. Stunning views of the sea ponds, especially at sunset for an unforgettable aperitif. Geographical assets: We are less than 10 minutes from La Franqui beach, 1.5 hours from Barcelona, 40 minutes from mountain sports, 25 minutes from Perpignan airport, 10 minutes from La Franqui train station, finally, less than a minute from wine growers such as the Cave Rochelierre run by Jean Marie Fabre. Our new house is in our image, original, designers (Franck Cousin STUDIOCAID), we designed it to live atypical moments, off the beaten track, conducive to strong moments with friends or family, for good memories. Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible, namely, the kitchen, the living and dining room, the 4 bedrooms, the two bathrooms as well as the courtyard equipped with large sofas, a table and a plancha (Please clean after use) Other things to note Your arrival will be autonomous with access to keys from two safes with codes. This allows you to check in at a time that suits you, from 3:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. in summer for the months of July and August) Your checkout will be done with our concierge before 10:00 a.m. Our accommodation is also equipped with: Baby crib.
