A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table. Whether you are looking for a great place for a family holiday, or a more romantic retreat by the sea, this villa provides both. With just a five minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops - this must be one of the best holiday locations in the whole of Mojacar Playa. The villa is air conditioned throughout, providing warmth in the winter and cool air in summer. Three of the four bright and airy bedrooms are on the first floor and have patio doors leading straight out on to the balcony with those stunning sea views. Sit with a cup of tea or coffee in the quiet of the morning on the balcony outside your bedroom and take in the beautiful views of the Mojacar coastline, beaches, palm trees and pines while watching the sun rising over the sea - what a start to the day! The master bedroom also has an ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with a shower room next to. The villa is light, stylish and contemporary whilst still retaining a traditional Spanish ‘feel’ with tiled or terracotta floors throughout. In the sitting room, there is a smart tv plus a Philips music system with CD and USB, Spotify connect and digital sound control. A modern electric fireplace is appreciated on a winter's evening when the sun has gone down! An impressive sweeping marble staircase leads from the open plan dining area to the first floor. The villa is beautifully furnished and has many lovely original art works. The kitchen has granite worktops, is fully integrated and equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Ninja air fryer and includes filtered drinking water on tap plus a DeLonghi Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Outside, the terraces run all the way around the villa with dining table and chairs that seat eight. There is a purpose built bbq, plus sofa, easy chairs and coffee table - enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There are plenty of sunbeds around the swimming pool (which is heated out of season) and the pool area is gated and therefore safe for young children. There is lots of outside space so plenty of room to find your own private place for a spot of sunbathing or a snooze in the shade after a lazy lunch on the terrace! Feeling like some family fun? New for 2025 is an outdoor all weather table tennis table! The terraces are illuminated at night - see the moonlight twinkling on the sea below, listen to the chirping of the crickets and take in the warm Mediterranean sea air scented with pines and hibiscus - all a treat for all the senses and goes to making dining alfresco and a holiday in Mojacar a very memorable occasion. The villa is situated on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, far enough up the hill to escape the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants lining the Playa, but close enough to hear the sea and walk to all amenities. There is private off road parking for one car plus plenty of on street parking. Included in the price is bed linen, bath towels and, for booking of 7 nights or more, beach towels. This property is managed by the lovely Chris and Dee - always on hand if you need help or advice. Do be aware that there is a fairly short but steep walk from the beach to the villa but you wouldn’t have those amazing views without it. For our mini guests, a travel cot and high chair are available on request. We also welcome well behaved dogs - a nominal extra of £25 will be charged. Getting here: Mojacar is situated approximately 1 hour’s drive from Almeria airport, 1.5 hours from Murcia airport and just over 2 hours from Alicante airport. If you don’t want to hire a car then Exclusive Airport Shuttles run a great shuttle service from all three airports. Once you are at the villa, then there is a regular bus service operating all the way along the playa, up to the pueblo (old town) and to other local towns. The bus stop is just at the bottom of our road. Also plenty of taxis of course! Do let me know if there is any other travel information you would like. Other things to note We are happy to take bookings for a minimum of 4 nights from beginning November through to end of May, excluding holiday periods. At other times we only accept bookings of 7 nights or more - preferably a Saturday check in.
