On the pool terrace you can enjoy a glass of wine to wave the day good-bye and watch the wonderful sunsets. The deep blue of the Aegean Sea is in perfect harmony with the colour of the pool and the white houses at the slopes above the bay. Directly in front of the holiday house is a comfortable and shady sitting area with a pergola, lounge furniture and a marble table. The sunbeds at the pool invite you to relax and enjoy the view of the sea and see the islands Kythnos, Kea and Giaros at the horizon. The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished. On elevated ground floor, five steps above the pool area, there is the living room with a direct exit to the front terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. At the head end of the living area there is the kitchen and the bathroom. To each side of the living room there are two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a direct front sea view. The other two bedrooms each have a private bath and direct access to a private side terrace with a sea view. The approx. 30sqm freshwater pool (3 x 9m, depth 1,20-1,80m, not heated, in operation all year round) invites you to enjoy wonderful, atmospheric moments.
