Other things to note Streaming Services: The two living areas are equipped with Smart LED TVs. Please remember to bring your own login details for services like Netflix, as they are not provided. Due to resource consent restictions, the apartment can only sleep 12 people, which includes babies and toddlers. Noise Monitoring: For compliance with local regulations, the apartment contains a noise decibel monitor. This device only measures sound levels and does not record conversations, respecting your privacy. Any noise greater than 70db will not be acceptable and guests will be asked to reduce their noise if it is effecting other properties. Please ensure balcony glass doors are closed by 10pm. We understand that accidents can happen. While guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property during their stay, please know that we are reasonable and aim to handle any issues fairly and transparently.
