It is located in a quiet and green environment, 1500 m from a beautiful sandy beach and 1500 m from many shops. Le Clos des Lantanas has 3 bedrooms: - a 12 m2 garden view bedroom opening onto a large 60 m2 terrace, with 2 beds of 90 x 190 and air conditioning; - a 12 m2 sea view bedroom opening onto a 12 m2 balcony overlooking the garden, with a 160 x 200 double bed and air conditioning renovated in 2018!; - a hill view room for 2 children or teenagers of 9 m2 with toys, a beautiful trundle bed and air conditioning renovated in 2018!; A beautifully decorated living room, with a fireplace, flat screen TV (satellite), CD player, stereo, games, books, air-conditioning. It has ample access to the terrace and a sofa bed which can be used for one or two extra people. A 12 m2 dining room with a table for 8 and a large selection of dishes and cutlery. Tenants who use the barbecue must therefore manually clean the grills of the barbecue or accept a deduction of 80 euros from their security deposit. The kitchen should also be returned tidy with dishes washed from tenants. Tenants must clean and/or repair, themselves if possible, any damage committed by them, their children or their animals. They must make sure to unblock the sinks, tubs or pipes they may have clogged themselves, including sea sand or hair. Safety: Parents must be careful that their children do not sting with cacti and not climbing on the many stone walls, ("restanques") which are often very unstable, nor on the trees. It is especially important to watch young children who might have the idea of eating very toxic plants (agave, bay trees, etc.). It is forbidden to play with hard balloons (football) that can break flowers, plants or windows or dirty the outdoor walls. Due to the very high fire risk in the summer in Provence, it is strictly forbidden to make a fire, whatever the fuel, or throw cigarette butts on the ground. The villa's barbecue works on gas because only gas barbecues are allowed in Cavalaire. To guard against theft, it is highly recommended that tenants lock the gate and gate and close the front door, windows and windows, as well as the basement shutters, when they are away during the day. Third-party access: Tenants may invite their friends during the day, as long as they do not stay at night.
