The space The house (54 τμ.) is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with high-quality furniture and appliances. The ground floor consists of an open space living room and kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, also, a dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor has a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double bed. The bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe as well. There is a ceiling fun in that bedroom and also there is air conditioning. On the same floor, there is a toilet with shower-corner. The top floor can be used as an office. There are a small sofa bed, an office table and an A/C unit. It is also the exit to the veranda, a perfect spot i eating breakfast or dinner. It is equipped with 2 chairs, a small table and an umbrella for shade. LAYOUT Ground floor: Open space living room with comfortable sofa, TV. Fully equipped open kitchen -dishwasher/washing machine. Dining area, seating up to 3 people. Indoor staircase leading to 1st floor. First floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe. Ceiling fun plus Air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Indoor staircase leading to 2nd floor. Second floor: Sitting area with sofa. Office table and chair. Exit to the roof terrace. OUTDOOR AREA Lovely roof terrace with a table, two chairs and an umbrella. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas indoor and outdoor!
