The space Apartment 7 The 58m2, comfortable and tastefully furnished three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the two-story house and has a 6m2 furnished south-facing balcony that can be entered from the living room. From the entrance area you can access the large and modernly equipped living area with coch set as well as a dining area for 4 people and an integrated kitchenette. Here you will find a refrigerator with freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. The entire non-smoking apartment is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. In the living area you will find a large flat screen TV (102 cm) as well as a DVD player and a stereo system with CD/ MP3 player. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and another flat screen TV (81 cm). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment still has a modern shower room.  your car parking space no. 7 can be found in the underground garage. From there you can easily take an elevator to your apartment. In the basement of the house, a sauna as well as a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.  The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. In the interest of our guests with allergic complaints, pets are not welcome in this apartment. We ask for your understanding.   Special: The  apartment includes a beach chair provided on the beach (beach section 27), which is available to guests of this apartment free of charge during the season (May - September). The two-story dune residence »Queen Augusta« is located in the center of the popular Baltic Sea resort Binz, just a few meters away from the beach promenade and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.  There is an elevator and a communal bike cellar in the house.
