Other things to note The spacious outdoor area offers places to relax in the sun and under pine and palm trees as well as dining facilities and a portable barbecue. Further highlights are the pool with stairs and a wide bench, which is the ideal place for a refreshing drink in the summer, as well as the roof terrace with sea view, where you usually experience a refreshing breeze. A supermarket is within walking distance (900m), further shopping facilities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5.5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards. The romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro is only a few minutes walk away. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Since we are on an island here, responsible use of resources is very important. Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the indicated price as long as a responsible use is available. Excessive use may result in additional costs. IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house. The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.
