Located just 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 40 minutes from the TGV station, and 50 minutes from Marseille-Marignane airport, you’ll find everything you need. The village center is within walking distance, and there are tennis courts just 200 meters away. Numerous hiking and biking trails await you, as well as beautiful Provençal markets, local wine tours, museums, and more. Explore Aix-en-Provence, Apt, Lourmarin, Bonnieux, and many other picturesque villages. INSIDE THE HOUSE: Wi-Fi: High-speed access throughout the house Ground Floor: Living and dining area for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.), guest toilet, library with fireplace, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden and pool. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with views of the garden and Luberon. All rooms feature high-quality bedding, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and en-suite bathrooms. OUTDOOR AREA: Two large terraces: one by the kitchen with a barbecue and plancha, and the other by the garden and pool with a lounge area and dining table. The 10x5 pool (salt-treated) is secured with an electric roller shutter and alarm system. There is also a petanque court and ping-pong table. Private parking and carport are available. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We can arrange extra cleaning during your stay, grocery shopping before your arrival, cooking classes, electric bike rentals, etc. Feel free to reach out to us to customize your experience. HOUSE RULES: Maximum 10 guests, including 8 adults and 2 children. No parties or excessive noise. No smoking inside. No pets without prior approval. Check-in between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Minimum 7-day stay between April and September, 28 days minimum from October to March. Guest access our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility Access of travellers - You rent the entire MAS, and the entire property. We do not live in France. ( the heated Jacuzzi Spa is not include in the rent April to October) - Independent access by the street, second car access through the large gate, parking 4 places - Possibility renting racing bikes or electric bikes with our partner "Vélo Luberon".
