This renovation is of quality with noble materials. Our wish was to keep it authentic, while offering a cozy and modern interior for cautious people. It has an area of 250 m2 with a magnificent 360° view of the vineyards from the common areas and bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area without neighbors. We have 6 beautiful rooms of high quality in terms of the materials chosen and the bedding. They are spacious and all have a private bathroom and toilet. They are spread over 3 levels. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with bathroom and private toilet (1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and the other bedroom 160 cm bed). The 2nd floor consists of the common areas overlooking a terrace with splendid views, a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking, a magnificent bedroom (2 beds 90 cm possibility of a double bed of 180 cm) with a bathroom (bathtub) and private toilet. The top floor has 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom, 160 cm bed with balcony overlooking the vineyards + bathroom (shower) and toilet. - 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm. Our house is located on the Burgundy wine route 15 minutes from Beaune and Chalon sur Saône. Possibility of hiking from the house (Remenot mountain on the garden side), bike rides on the greenway 5 minutes from the house. You have the option to rent bikes in the village (contact us) Wine tastings at the winemakers of Rully (contact me to organize an appointment) and visits to castles including the medieval castle of Rully. The village of Rully has several shops, including a convenience store, a restaurant, 1 bakery, and a hairdressing salon. All its amenities are 5 minutes from the house on foot. We will be delighted to welcome you to this beautiful home.
