VILLINO GENIA is located in the upper part of Moltrasio, a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como. It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, 4 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Lake-view, swimming pool and 2 private parking spaces. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating. The space VILLINO GENIA is a marvellous villa, located in the village of Moltrasio, recently renovated, with a classic style. Set in a beautiful lake-view landscape. It is arranged on two floors. From the entrance, up the stairs to the first floor we find a small balcony with lake view and two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with tub and the other one with shower. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. The living area consists of a sofa, TV area and dining table. The kitchen is finely furnished with quality appliances, fully equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also has access to the laundry area. VILLINO GENIA has a wonderful furnished outdoor area and a swimming pool for exclusive use. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, is equipped with Wi-Fi and has 2 private parking spaces. Guest access VILLINO GENIA can be reached on foot from the area of the 2 private car parks, via a very short stretch of road of about 15 metres with a small flight of steps. Internally, the villa is arranged on two floors. Other things to note Seasonal opening of the pool from 1 May to 30 September. The pool is not heated. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €2.50 per night, per person. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: €25.00 / Day.
