It is perfect for peaceful family holidays with plenty of beach time but within easy walking distance of all services and amenities. Dedicated and responsive owners live 15 minutes away in case of need. The space Most of the home is on the ground floor: there are 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms); 1 large family bathroom with a gorgeous round bath, 1 en suite bathroom to master bedroom; 1 large dining room next to a covered terrace; a spacious kitchen and family room with breakfast bar, dining room and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, a dishwasher, an out of sight washing machine and also an Italian coffee maker, toaster, a water boiler and utensils to make you really feel at home. On the upper floor there is a second terrace and a cosy pine wood-clad attic great for kids. There is a garage and a pantry underground, although free parking is possible in front of the house at any time. Satellite free-view TV in the dining room and WiFi. There are many different species of fruit trees in an environmentally responsible Mediterranean garden around the house: lemon, fig and medlar trees, but also ancient olive trees, palms and other local plants. A large, covered BBQ in the garden is next to a large dining table under a light sun-protecting pergola for a great summer eating experience, be it at noon or in the evening. Other things to note There are two of the finest beaches in the whole Costa Dorada region close by. Playa de Cristal beach, only 5-10 minutes on foot, boasts more than 1,3 miles of interrupted fine white sand. Alternatively, Playa del Arenal is 1,6 miles long and within walking distance too, with stunning views of the close mountains behind it. Restaurants, local walk-in medical centre, supermarkets, etc. are within walking distance. Hospitalet de l’Infant’s train station is 5-10 minutes away on foot, where trains to and from Barcelona and Tarragona stop: great for short excursions towards these cities and to the Ebro River Delta Natural Park too (stop at l’Ampolla, only 18 minutes by train, 10 trains per day each way).
