Carefully restored, it combines authenticity and contemporary dimensions. Located in a protected ecological area, we have chosen to make the best use of traditional and ecological materials (such as thatch, wood, lime) and eco-friendly wastewater treatment. The space A 96 m2 house with a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs: two closed bedrooms (one with a double bed, a second with two single beds) and a beautiful open space mezzanine with a double bed and a workspace. A beautiful 700 m2 garden, facing north south allowing you to rest (Fermob and Lafuma garden furniture) and chat with friends around a table BBQ. The hamlet of Lestreviau has about thirty houses, it is very quiet but still 5 minutes from the main traffic artery. This location is strategic between Vannes and Auray. It allows you to travel around the entire Gulf of Morbihan. Guest access A few minutes from the 4-lane highway. 15 min drive to Vannes and Auray train stations. First airport, 40 minutes to Lorient. Travel by car, bike and on foot. Nearby: opportunity to hike on coastal trails, sailing, paddle boarding, shore fishing and rest on small family beaches. Every day, you can shop at the markets of the neighboring towns and taste our Breton specialties. Beautiful sightseeing walks await you. Between the tour of the islands (Île-aux-Moines, Île-d'Arz, Belle-Île, Houat, Hœdic) and their archaeological sites, the medieval towns of Auray and Vannes, the coves of Larmor-Baden and Arradon, you will have plenty to do!!!!
