The property also has a 2 bedroom unit on the lower level ,permanently tenanted with separate entrance and yard. The pool is exclusively for guests . We just ask that you respect all the neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Great location and home for a relaxing family getaway. Personal item are kept on the property in locked cupboards and drawers ,these areas must not be accessed Or additional charges will apply of $100.00 per stay. Other things to note NO PARTY GROUPS .
