Authentic farmhouse from 1776, this fully renovated family home is located close to the Goh Velin beach and the center of the typical village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, on the Presqu'ile de Rhuys, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean. The space Keraudren-Rhuys, our family farmhouse of 150 m2 has 4 large bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, a very large living room of 66m2 on the ground floor with wood stove, equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area, a veranda of 15 m2 overlooking the fully enclosed garden of 300 m2. Completely restored in 2016 with care, decorated with attention, our farmhouse is fully equipped. We wanted to prioritize space, light, warmth of the wood with its masterful beams in the living room and retain the authenticity of the stone and lime walls of this house built in the 18thcentury. The enclosed garden of about 300 m2 in which you can barbecue is a haven of peace with its apple trees, hazelnut trees and massifs of hydrangeas. On the ground floor: -a large living area of 66 m2 with seating area (sofas, armchairs, wood stove, LED TV), desk, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas plate, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), dining area with large table for 10 people. -a new bedroom (N°1) with bed (Belle Litie label) 160 x200 directly in the garden -a bathroom with large shower, toilet, a washing machine and a dryer -a 15 m2 veranda ideal for a reading moment Upstairs: -2 large bedrooms (No.2 and No.3) with new bedding 160 x200 (Belle Litie label) -1 large bedroom (N°4 - "the dorm") with new bedding: 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190. - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet East/West exposure. Small barbecue, large garden table with 10 chairs. Garden deckchair. A lovely oasis overnight! Only the birds and the sound of the waves in the distance will wake you up in the morning... Guest access The farmhouse and its walled garden are all yours. This house is not a hotel, please take care of it and report any breakage or deterioration to us. Other things to note We provide bed sheets and duvets as well as some essential products to quickly start your stay (bath mats, a few toilet rolls, cleaning products, a few condiments, etc.). No refills are provided during stay. The fireplace is not provided. You must bring your own towels and towels. This house IS NOT A HOTEL (NO extra service IS provided). We take great care of our home and do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In return, we expect you to return the house to us in an IRREPROCHABLE STATE and that you report any breakage or deterioration to us. Our house was fully restored in 2016 with great care: stone and lime walls, conservation of the living room's massive exposed beams, double glazed aluminum joinery, natural stone on the floor, etc. Our house is fully and strictly not smoking. Smokers can of course smoke in the garden (of course do not throw butts in the garden). For hygiene reasons, animals (even small ones) are not allowed.
