Mas Vives is a farmhouse of the fifteenth century of 720 m2 built on a plot of 1900 m2 totally restored with large spaces and a private pool (8x4 m). It is located on the Costa del Maresme, 2 km from the beach and 25 km from Barcelona. All the rooms are very spacious, and there are many different areas both indoors and out. It has great privacy and stands out for the peace and quiet it offers despite being close to the center of the town. Rooms have hot/cold air conditioning splits. The entire house has heating. ✅ Check-in details Check-in times:from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Outside these hours, check-in will be subject to availability and an additional fee. ✅ Tourist tax According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13, 2017, on the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations: A tax of €1.75 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) must be charged.
