Mas Vives is a 720 m2 15th century farmhouse built on a 1900 m2 plot, fully restored with large spaces and a private pool (8x4 m). It is located on the Costa del Maresme, 2 km from the beach and 25 km from Barcelona. All rooms are very spacious and have many different atmospheres both indoors and outdoors. It has great privacy and stands out for the peace and quiet it offers despite being close to the center of the town. Rooms have hot/cold air-conditioning splits. The whole house has heating. ✅ Check-in information Check-in time: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Outside these hours, check-in will be subject to availability. For arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, an additional charge of €30 will apply. For arrivals between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am, the charge will be €50. ✅ Tourist tax According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13, 2017, on the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations: A fee of €1 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) must be charged. Applicable to stays in apartments and tourist houses in Catalonia.
