The 64 m² apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Other things to note The well-kept outdoor area is shared with the homeowners and boasts a lush garden and a patio with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty barbecued dinners. The property also includes a nice playground area for children. Hilzingen lies in an area, which is brilliant for all kinds of outdoor activities and is close to 7 extinct volcanoes. One of them, Hohentwiel, is only a 10-minute drive (5.4 km) away, and at the foot of the mountain, the old Hohentwiel fortress is a popular tourist attraction. From the property, it is a 15-minute walk or 1.2 km to the nearest supermarkets, and a 10-minute walk (850 m) to a pharmacy as well as to some restaurants. From Hilzingen, you can drive to Radolfzell, a pretty town on the western shore of Lake Constance, in 20 minutes (23.5 km). There you will find beaches, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the wonderful panorama. Konstanz is located a 30-minute drive or 38 km from the village and famous for its picturesque old town centre and scenic beaches. The Swiss border is also only a 10-minute drive (9.5 km) from Hilzingen. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smaller dogs are allowed, but please always ask in advance if you would like to bring a pet.
