An air-conditioned annex with independent access is composed of a games room on the ground floor and upstairs a large bedroom with its shower room equipped with a walk-in shower. The house includes several outdoor living spaces: The heated swimming pool (from May) of about 10 x 4 is surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and a pool house with dining area and barbecue.
