The space House highlights: - A 50 m2 veranda, widely open, close to the heated pool (10 X 5 m) secured by a roller shutter. It will allow you to be all together during your stay: equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, fryer), barbecue and gas plancha, large table, relaxation lounge with large TV. - Many games for children (playground, foosball, table tennis) and petanque court for adults! - Numerous lounge chairs (10) to enjoy the sun - Shower and toilet near the pool - A covered shelter with 3 spaces for your vehicles The house consists of: - On the ground floor: a large equipped kitchen open to a dining room and a bright living room, two bedrooms each with a 160 X 200 bed with private bathroom (walk-in shower); - Upstairs: three bedrooms, one with a 160 X 200 bed and the other two each with a 140 X 190 bed. These three bedrooms share the same bathroom (walk-in shower). - Indoor household equipment: American fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. - Multimedia: 6 satellite TVs (kitchen and each bedroom) living room TV with fiber internet reception – Wi-Fi - Other: in the laundry room, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, linens provided for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Bath towels are provided for the pool. Wooden crib and baby crib and high chair available. Other things to note Rental only from Saturday to Saturday. For bookings longer than a week, linens and pool towels are changed and cleaning is provided. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price.
