The design apartment is modern, bright & fully glazed with a feel-good atmosphere near Lake Constance, meets high standards regarding It is located in a wine village in the quiet countryside & is easily accessible. Own workplace with fast Wi-Fi In summer, the idyllic outdoor pool in the vineyards is very close, in winter the nearest ski lift is 10 km away Children welcome from 12 years old. The space Unique, open architecture in the Vorarlberg style - completely glazed, but still discreet! The apartment is modern and equipped with lots of natural materials (oak wood on floors and furniture in the bathroom, slate floors, gravel elements). It is (coincidentally) completely barrier-free/ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm wide top bed each, a large living room with open kitchen, huge Zen bathroom with natural materials slate, oak wood & pebbles, an integrated steam shower, a 2nd guest bathroom plus covered Bangkirai balcony. The kitchen is furnished to the highest standards, e.g. with Jura coffee machines & additional Nespresso machine, microwave & Thermomix, wine glasses, raclette grill, sushi dishes, etc. The shower is a rainforest shower and has an integrated steam bath, which makes it possible to have a spa at home, especially in winter after skiing or snow sports. Guest access Access is valid for the entire private apartment including the large, covered balcony. There is also a private garage space. The optional access to the electric charging station is also private and therefore always available. Other things to note The area is mostly very sunny (wine village), rural and quiet. There is a beautiful city center with many Art Nouveau buildings, beautiful forests and streams. The Rhine Valley is an outdoor paradise for hiking, swimming, inline skating, cycling, climbing, marveling at gorges and much more, on both sides in Switzerland and in Austria and Liechtenstein. There are gorges, wonderful hiking trails, of course the lake (Lake Constance), the old Rhine as a landscape and nature reserve for walking and swimming with beer gardens and barbecue areas. From May to September there is an idyllic public outdoor swimming pool in the nature reserve - indicated here as a pool - which does not belong directly to the apartment, but is only about 500 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is suitable for children 12 years and up. The e-charging station will be available from March 2024. Charging is enabled by code and will be billed after the stay according to individual consumption.
