We have some patio furniture with parasol, BBQ and private eco-friendly hot tub (run on an air-source heat pump) for our guests exclusive use. To the left the enclosed garden. DOG WELCOMING We aren't just dog friendly we are dog welcoming. We provide spare dog bowls and spare leads. We have a tap outside for washing muddy paws and provide towels too. We leave some ID tags with I'm on holiday and our contact details. We provide a soft comfy blanket so your dog can lie on the sofa or in the cosy chair. We leave a welcome gift of dog bags and a toy. We welcome up to 2 dogs to Woodland Barn and have an enclosed garden with lawn where they can play safely and a patio where they can sunbathe. Woodland Walks are moments away and perfect for doggy adventures. MASTER BEDROOM EN-SUITE With king bed and stunning views from the window. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror and TV. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and power shower. TWIN BEDROOM With stunning views from the window. There is a small wardrobe and small chest of drawers with a shared bedside table with lamp and TV There are 7 steps leading down to the Bathroom and Kitchen. BATHROOM Full-size bath with toilet and sink. KITCHEN Fully equipped for self-catering with some added extras including dishwasher, washing machine / condenser dryer, electric oven with induction hob, slow cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer drawer. We have a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE Seven steps lead down into the cosy dining and living space with many conforts of home including underfoor heating, a comfortable corner sofa and cosy chair with reading lamp. There is a smart TV with all the channels and Wi-Fi with a cupboard containing board games and books. PRIVATE PARKING We have private parking on the driveway and plenty of street parking on the main road. Guest access You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property, garden, terrace, and private hot tub during your stay—no shared spaces here. * Parking is right outside the property, with easy access to unload and settle in. * You’ll check in via a secure key safe, so you can arrive at your convenience anytime after 4pm. * The hot tub is all yours, and we’ll quietly carry out a quick daily check to ensure it stays in top top condition. * You’ll also have full use of the enclosed garden, outdoor seating area, and BBQ space—perfect for dogs, kids, or just enjoying a morning coffee with a view. Everything has been set up so you can come and go as you please and make the most of your stay with total privacy and comfort.
