It is an easy walk to the Caloundra Cbd for a bit of retail therapy, or cruise along the esplanade where cafes, restaurants and licensed venues are plentiful. The lounge room consists of a large modular lounge, a stereo, television, Dvd player and a balcony with fantastic water views. The dining area has a comfortable dining setting to seat 6. The main bedroom contains a king bed, built in wardrobe, separate balcony access and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 contains a Tri- bunk(the lower bunk being a double bed) and a free standing wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and built in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a vanity unit, over bath shower, and the toilet is separate. The laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum. There is a Bbq ,a sparkling pool & half tennis court in the complex. Unlimited Wifi is provided, as is undercover parking. There are many local restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy.
