The ensuite has a beautiful standalone bath tub, massive walk in shower and his and her vanity for that ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both have ceiling fans, beautifully designed wardrobes and massive windows, to invite the wonderful sea breezes to fill the rooms. With plenty of spaces to sit back and relax, a fully equipped kitchen and own private plunge pool, this apartment is the ultimate relaxation retreat.Short walk to Noosa Main Beach or Noosa National Park. Access all floors by lift. All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay. Our office hours are from 8.30am to 5pm week days and 9am to 4pm weekends. The keys for your holiday property can be collected from our office located at 1/89 Noosa Drive, Noosa Junction. Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is strictly 10am. "Late Arrivals" If you are arriving outside normal business hours, any outstanding tariff will be deducted from the nominated credit card prior to close of business. We accept MC or Visa (surcharge applies). No cheques are accepted within 7 days of arrival. Contact Holiday Noosa - Utopia Rentals during office hours to advise your expected arrival time and instructions for a code to our key safe so that you can collect the keys after hours. All balance of moneys must be paid prior to key collection. On arrival please have your current drivers license for ID purposes and a current credit card number to provide as security on the property, as per our terms and conditions. If you don't have a credit card, a cash payment is required as security on the property.
