Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC. The space The house is fitted out as a stunning home with all inventory to a high standard, luxury furnishings and designer bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned. It is not suitable for Guests who struggle with mobility due to the necessity of descending stairs. By Request, Pool Heating is available with an extra charge of 80 euros/day during cold months. It needs minimum 2 days to heat it up prior to arrival. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed.
